Job Summary:

You'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, performing data entry tasks, and ensuring accurate patient enrollment and medication data management. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification agency
• Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
• Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
