Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet our clients' needs
• Providing detailed information about products and services reputed company online chat, ensuring that customers have a seamless and engaging experience
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that our clients' sales and service teams are equipped to reputed company deals

Requirements

• Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
• Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training

• Adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
