Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Support Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that reputed company client needs are addressed accurately and reputed company. Schedule and Work Environment

The schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday, reputed company-4:30pm EST. You'll work in a remote setting, and we offer a flexible and dynamic work environment that's perfect for those who value work-life balance.

Pay reputed company and Benefits

The pay reputed company for this position is $15 - $25 per hour, depending on experience. As a full-time or part-time employee working 20 or more hours per week, you'll be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Experience working in a contact center/call center environment
• Prior reputed company industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly preferred
• Knowledge of reputed company Office suite is required
• Experience with reputed company.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
• Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Excellent multitasking abilities required
• Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll:

• Act as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer reputed company, and patients
• Resolve routine customer requests with products or services reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet
• reputed company with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures
• Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution
