Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to inbound calls from members regarding home reputed company and benefits, providing empathetic and informed support

  • Utilize medical terminology to effectively communicate with members, Case Managers, and Nurses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, escalate concerns, and reputed company solutions

  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to ensure informed decision-making

Essential Qualifications
