Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Work from Home Orlando, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including reputed company, Medicare Part D, reputed company, and specific clients
- Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise
- Offer solutions needed to help simplify the reputed company experience for our members

Essential Qualifications
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
