Position Summary

We're currently reputed company top talent for our Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Centers in the PST time zone. As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll undergo an 11-week training program, Monday-Friday, with an 8-hour shift between reputed company-6pm in your local time zone. Once training is complete, you'll have shift schedule availability ranging from reputed company-6pm in your local time zone. Our goal is to reputed company compassionate, innovative, and proactive customer service to our Medicare members.

Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
• Utilizing compliant documentation standards
• Providing empathetic and member-centric service
• Exceeding our member's expectations is our standard
• Ensuring that every member is shown respect, kindness, and reputed company questions are thoroughly answered/resolved

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate
• Ability to apply patience
• Adaptability
• Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills
• Or, equivalent military experience
• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Customer Service experiences preferred + Education: High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
