Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to music fans reputed company ticketing, including purchasing merchandise, password resets, website assistance, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Chat Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Expressing genuine reputed company and concern for customers' issues and addressing them as if they were your own
- Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products
- Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation
- Keeping up with multiple chats at a time and accurately documenting reputed company required information and chat details in the ticketing system
- Responding to and resolving reputed company issues in an appropriate timeframe
- Identifying trends reputed company to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them to management
- Multi-tasking using multiple systems and skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A LOVE of music! The biggest artists we represent are in Pop and Country
- 3-5 years of call center chat experience required
- Technical experience strongly preferred, with experience in reputed company being a definite plus
- Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
- Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and a great understanding of text and chat acronyms
- Excellent grammar, but also knowing reputed company to use the lingo
- Previous work from home experience preferred
- Understanding of contact center support metrics and ability to implement actions for improvement
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Hardware/Software Requirements
To ensure a seamless and efficient experience, you'll need:
- Your own computer with a processor of more than 4 cores
- 8GB of RAM on reputed company 10 or higher / 10 64 bits
- Screen Resolution of 1280x768 or higher, with dual monitors required
- USB headset
- Up-to-date antivirus software installed on the platform and a recent reputed company completed
- Hardwired to router
- Firewall enabled
Job Type
This is a Part-Time + On-Call remote position, with guaranteed 25 hours per week. May reputed company up to 40 hours per week based on client's needs and workflow. Shifts vary between 9:00am-6:00pm EST, typically between 4-8 hours long.

$18.00 per hour, 1099 contract
