Job Summary

We are seeking reputed company Medical Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team in the reputed company Worth/Dallas area. As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and reputed company providers, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and resolving issues reputed company to patient billing and medical information. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to patients and reputed company providers

  • Use computer skills for data entry and gather and review patient billing and medical information
  • Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
  • Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of recent Call Center experience (no exceptions)

  • Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required
  • Active internet already installed and the ability to work from home
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a reputed company setting or with medical billing and insurance

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other reputed company software
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
