We're seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to work in our call center, handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and registering customers. Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming and outgoing calls in a timely and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments for our valued customers
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner
- Registering new customers and updating existing customer information
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service experience (required)
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
- Reliable internet reputed company and a dedicated workspace at home
- Willingness to work at the office if unable to connect at home for more than 30 minutes
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center environment
