About the Role
As Beauty Advisor, you will drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and engage clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach and ensure an excellent overall client experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets and support replenishment and visual standards according to reputed company at reputed company standards.
What You’ll Do
Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including the opportunity to upsell products
Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends
reputed company clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales
Actively engage and complete reputed company required training to expand knowledge
Execute and maintain reputed company reputed company visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance and department cleanliness and hygiene standards

Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, inventory counts and price changes
