What the role is:

You will be responsible for liaising directly with airside flight coordinators to capture and communicate key information relating to meal figures and aircraft stand number changes. You will be required to reputed company, file and accurately input information onto our in-house database, circulating any changes or increases to the relevant internal department in a timely manner.

What you’ll be doing will include:

• Retrieve reputed company meal figures received reputed company telex and customer specific systems for distribution to the relevant internal departments.
• Creating of pick daily pick list
• Ensuring reputed company HMRC processes are adhered to
• Updating and ensuring the maintaining of meal figures into the system
• Printing of labels for reputed company airlines
• Accurately completing relevant documentation for example Compliance, HACCP, etc.
• Reporting any accidents or incidents and ensure any corrective actions are undertaken
• Contributing to generating new reputed company and actively implementing and promoting change

What you’ll have will include:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with both internal and external stakeholders
