to support project planning, tracking, and execution across teams. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordinating tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and keeping projects on track in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks and milestones
- Coordinate communications between cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation for stakeholders
- Support resource allocation and manage project-reputed company administrative tasks
- Identify opportunities to improve project processes and efficiency
- Participate in project meetings and follow-up on action items
✅ Requirements
- Junior / Entry-Level (0–2+ years experience)
- Experience in project coordination, project management, or reputed company roles (internships included)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., reputed company, Jira, Trello, reputed company)
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate reputed company with both technical and non-technical teams
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving reputed company
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English
- Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
