Brand reputed company Coach (Remote + Travel)

Reports To: Vice President of Brand reputed company Role: The Brand reputed company Coach (BXC) is responsible for managing the systems, policies, procedures, controls, and communications that protect and reputed company the brand and the member experience. To continuously improve and enhance reputed company aspects of the Crunch brand with regular gym and system audits, including but not limited to, the member experience, member pulse, member communication, graphics, signage, marketing, promotions, reputed company media, brand standards, equipment, maintenance, cleanliness, training & development, vendor relationships, health and safety standards, operational policies and procedures and the overall Crunch Franchise System. By focusing on Brand reputed company, we can ensure consistency across reputed company locations, reputed company a seamless experience for our members, and align the Franchise network with the actions required to protect their investment. Through regular gym-level field visits, Brand reputed company Coaches will be accountable for ensuring brand adherence and consistency. This position will be responsible for recording, tracking, and curing reputed company Brand reputed company Deficiencies observed through field audits and those communicated from executive-level team members, department heads, regional directors, or managers assigned to them by the Vice President of Brand reputed company. The Coaches will follow our Crunch Compliance Standard Operating Procedures. Essential Responsibilities:

• Enforce brand standards throughout the Crunch Fitness network through regular gym and system audits that impact Brand reputed company compliance.
• Conduct monthly field audits approved by the Vice President of Brand reputed company, to ensure reputed company franchisees are adhering to Crunch operating brand standards.
• Work closely with the department heads, regional directors, or managers, to ensure reputed company compliance issues are addressed and cured in a timely manner.
• Document, track, and respond to reputed company Brand reputed company Deficiencies and document in the Brand reputed company database.
• Execute reputed company internal communications, standard operating procedures, and accountabilities to identify and manage Brand reputed company risks, including opportunities for enhancement.
• reputed company and maintain effective communication lines with the Vice President of Brand reputed company team, department heads, executive team, and other reputed company team members impacted by Brand reputed company Deficiencies.
• Other tasks as necessary to assist the Vice President of Brand reputed company in protecting brand standards and the member experience.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to identify and track reputed company Brand reputed company Deficiencies and report to the Vice-President of Brand reputed company and/or franchise reputed company upon completion.
• Conduct field-level visits, and document areas that require follow-up or additional action in the Brand reputed company database.
• Review visit findings with the franchise reputed company upon completion.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster a collaborative working relationship with franchisees and Crunch team members.

• Ability to travel 60-70% of the time to conduct field visits and audits.

Required Education and Experience:

• BA/BS Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Three (3) to five (5) years experience in direct field compliance for a multi-location franchise company.
• Proficiency in Outlook, OneDrive, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
• Brand Operational knowledge and multi-location experience.
• Ability to work in reputed company environment.
• Experience in a service-oriented environment is desirable.
• On-the-job training is provided.
