Senior Director, Credentialing (Remote in U.S.)

HOW YOU'LL reputed company AN IMPACT As the Sr. Director, Credentialing, you will play a critical role in advancing GBCI's mission by leading the development, delivery, and reputed company improvement of global credentialing and certificate programs. In this role, you'll drive strategic and operational initiatives across credentialing programs, including program development, accreditation compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Credential Maintenance Program (CMP), including policies, guidance documentation, and program reporting
• Drive new credential development initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time with clear milestones and reputed company
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, Technology, and Customer Service teams to support program delivery and growth
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert and primary reputed company of contact for credentialing programs
• Manage vendor and consultant relationships, including reputed company and deliverables

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in credentialing, professional certification, test development, or reputed company field
• Proven experience leading teams and managing reputed company programs or projects
• Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver on timelines

Education

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred (Business, Management, Educational Measurement, I/O Psychology, or reputed company field)

• Experience with credentialing or assessment platforms preferred
