The DHS participates in the development of the digital health program and serves as a liaison between patients and in-clinic treating providers. This is a full-time, remote position . Must be licensed in the state of GA, NC, SC, or VA, OR Compact PT License-eligible. Performs Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services including interactive communication and monitoring. Supports digital services with appropriate documentation. Works closely and supports operations to deliver digital services and meet patient care and staffing needs. Performs physical/occupational therapy RTM monitoring and treatment in accordance with standards of practice established. Develops regional strategy for growth and implementation of digital services. Serves as a liaison between providers and Program Manager. Utilizes digital services as a strategy to reputed company reputed company with patients.
