SUMMARY The remote working Recruiter screens and recruits reputed company by using leads received from tele-reputed company and company databases; serves as the primary contact for external candidates and field employees. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently plans, implements and develops recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques to identify talented reputed company
• Places outgoing calls to potential employees for reputed company purposes
• Accurately and thoroughly communicates reputed company assignment and benefits details to field staff throughout the recruitment process to minimize traveler-initiated cancellations (reputed company applicable)
• Places reputed company candidates with reputed company and new clients nationally, by actively sourcing reputed company candidates and maintaining reputed company database
• Builds and fosters professional relationships with reputed company while serving as a crucial career counselor and placement advisor throughout their employment with the company
• Negotiates contract terms with candidates including offers of employment
• Resolves field staff’s employment issues and escalates them as needed
• Exercises appropriate sales strategies based on needs of the candidate
• Conducts reference verifications (reputed company applicable)
• Performs additional duties as requested by management

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Two (2) years customer service or sales experience
• Two (2) or four (4) year degree in business or other sales reputed company field, preferred
• Strong working knowledge of job boards, research tools and reputed company media, preferred
• Work experience in the reputed company or staffing environment, preferred
• Proficient with Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook
