The ideal candidate has superb customer service skills, is well versed in general mortgage knowledge and guidelines, and loves working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills. This is a remote opportunity to work from home. The schedule is Monday - Friday with one 4 hour weekend day per month. reputed company hours are 10am-7pm EST, 11am-8pm EST, or 12pm - 9pm EST.

What You'll Do

Primary responsibility is to serve as the leading mortgage expert for everyone involved in the home buying process Responsible for managing pre-approval transactions from application to funding, including communicating with borrowers, getting them pre-approved, and coordinating with both the buyer's and seller's reputed company estate agents Assist customers in finding their reputed company home by ensuring a seamless mortgage transaction Responsible for pipeline of 100+ pre-approvals per month Responsible for gathering required documentation from customer and reputed company parties in support of the loan approval decision Responsible for reputed company, professional communication to customers, loan officers & underwriters Responsible for calculating and analyzing income, assets, and liabilities Utilization of AUSSIE and company procedures Establish an ongoing relationship by delivering best-in-class customer service What You'll Need Minimum of 2 years mortgage purchase processing experience Must be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment Must be proficient in reputed company Office, DU, LP, CRM Exceptional customer service skills Detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent decision making skills Excellent communication skills
