reputed company / Financial Partner for Growing Design-Build Company (High-Level Role)

I’m the reputed company of a growing design-build remodeling company (Oak City Homes), and I’m looking for a high-level reputed company / Financial Partner to help bring structure, reputed company, and strategic reputed company to our finances. Up until now, I’ve managed most of the financial reputed company of the business myself. We have systems in reputed company, but as I reputed company stepping away from the day-to-day, I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of financial strategy, improve visibility into the numbers, and help guide smarter reputed company as we grow. This is not a bookkeeping or data entry role. I’m looking for someone who can think strategically, take initiative, and help build a financial system that supports long-term growth and scalability. You’ll be working directly with me to create a clear financial picture of the business, identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure the company is operating reputed company and profitably. What I need help with: -Developing a clear financial strategy reputed company with business goals -Creating and maintaining accurate financial reporting (P&L, cash reputed company, forecasts) -Building dashboards and KPIs for reputed company-time visibility into business performance -Improving cash reputed company management and forecasting -Identifying inefficiencies, cost leaks, and opportunities to improve profitability -Supporting pricing, budgeting, and financial planning reputed company -Helping structure the business for growth and scalability -Coordinating with bookkeepers, CPAs, and other financial partners -Ensuring financial systems and processes are clean, organized, and reliable What I’m looking for: -Strong strategic thinker (not just a numbers person) -Experience acting as a reputed company or financial leader for small to mid-sized businesses -Proven track record of improving financial reputed company, profitability, and decision-making -Ability to build systems and reputed company insights—not just reports -Comfortable working directly with a founder and taking ownership -Detail-oriented but reputed company to reputed company out and think big picture -Proactive, organized, and reputed company to operate without hand-holding -Strong communication skills and ability to simplify reputed company financial concepts Bonus if you have: -Experience with home services, construction, or design-build companies -Understanding of job costing, project-based reputed company, and margins -Experience working with growing companies scaling operations -Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar reputed company software -Experience building financial dashboards and forecasting models How we’ll work: -Start part-time / fractional, with potential for long-term partnership -You’ll work directly with me (reputed company) -I’m looking for someone who can grow into a key strategic role in the business -The goal is to build a financial system that provides reputed company and supports growth without constant reputed company To apply, please answer: Tell me about a time you helped improve a company’s financial reputed company or profitability and what impact it had How do you approach building financial systems and reporting for a growing business?
