Location: Remote – should be fine (The consultant may be requested to travel once in a month to reputed company as the client’s office is in reputed company.) The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across multiple technical and functional teams, and experience working in a global environment. This role requires working in CST hours and engaging with stakeholders across different reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an reputed company HCM / Payroll Consultant.
- Strong understanding of reputed company HCM modules, especially Payroll.

- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
- Ability to coordinate with development teams (ABAP, UI, AI) and functional teams (reputed company FI, Infrastructure).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
