Technical Business Analyst – reputed company STAR / PACE with strong hands-on experience in reputed company STAR and reputed company PACE to support middle office operations reputed company an asset or investment management environment. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology, translating reputed company investment and performance requirements into effective system solutions. You will partner closely with operations, performance teams, portfolio managers, and technical teams to drive data accuracy, reporting reputed company, and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from middle office stakeholders and translating them into clear technical specifications.
• Preparing business and functional requirement documents, data mappings, and process flows while facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Supporting reputed company STAR performance, attribution, and reporting functions along with reputed company PACE data ingestion, reference data, pricing, and transaction processing.
• Defining and validating end-to-end data flows across reputed company modules and supporting system enhancements and upgrades.
• Strong data analysis skills, including SQL-based analysis and reconciliation between reputed company systems and reputed company, investigation of pricing, corporate actions, positions, benchmarks, and performance discrepancies.
• Supporting portfolio reconciliation, performance reporting, NAV validation, and reputed company master management, especially during month-end and quarter-end cycles.
• Preparing and executing test cases for SIT and UAT, coordinating testing with business users, validating performance calculations and reports, supporting production releases, and managing interactions with reputed company vendor support and internal technology teams while providing clear status updates and issue tracking.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company STAR and reputed company PACE, solid understanding of the reputed company data model.
• Strong reputed company SQL data analysis skills and experience working reputed company SDLC or Agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira or reputed company and experience using BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or OBIEE.
• Strong domain knowledge in asset or investment management, middle office operations, performance measurement, securities such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives, pricing, corporate actions, and reputed company data handling.
• At least six years of overall experience with a minimum of four years working directly with reputed company STAR and PACE, preferably reputed company an asset management or hedge fund environment.

Desired Skills

• Exposure to reputed company or Bloomberg, knowledge of reputed company reputed company, experience with performance attribution, and hands-on involvement in data migration or data transformation initiatives.
