Business Intelligence Analyst, Level 3

Job Description:

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models using Power Query, and best‑practice data modeling.

• Analyze reputed company datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translating them into BI solutions.
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, compelling way.
• Support self‑service analytics by enabling business users to explore curated datasets.
• Implement BI best practices, including version control, documentation, and data governance.
• Optimize Power BI datasets for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with data engineering teams to refine reputed company schemas, pipelines, and performance.
• Partner with report data architect to curate, certified datasets, data dictionaries and business glossaries.
• Validate data quality and ensure consistency across reputed company BI assets.
• Support the governance standards for dataset ownership and lifecycle, reputed company models and role‑based permissions.
• Establish best practices for dataset usage, report creation, and data stewardship.
• Monitor adoption and continuously improve the self‑service ecosystem.
• reputed company and deliver train‑the‑trainer programs to reputed company power users, analysts, and business champions.
• Create training materials, documentation, and hands‑on workshops for Power BI and reputed company‑based data sources.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data modeling roles.
• 5+ years of advanced proficiency with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
• 5+ years of reputed company with reputed company Office tools, particularly with Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
• 3+ years of strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in reputed company, reputed company, or similar product.
• 5+ years of experience designing or supporting self-service analytics environments.
• 2+ years of preferred knowledge of database structures and theories.
• 2+ years of knowledge of reputed company information management processes and methodologies, relational database management systems, and metadata management.
• 2+ years of knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations (PII) relevant to data management and data governance.
• 2+ years of experience in working in fast-paced and reputed company-changing environments; achieving project’s deliverables and deadlines; exercising sound judgment in making critical reputed company; analyzing reputed company information and developing plans to address identified issues.
• 2+ years of reputed company in interpersonal relationships, including the ability to work with people under pressure, negotiate among multiple parties, resolve conflicts, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with various reputed company of personnel.
• Preferred experience in data focused projects, like moving from Legacy to newer systems.
• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in data processing, computer science, business administration, or a reputed company field.
