Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting directly with patients, clients, and customers to reputed company exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients.
• Working closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications.
• Conducting adherence reputed company efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies.
• Handling incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, while proactively gaining patient and order information.
• Providing customer education and routine assessment and problem identification, with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist.
