The Ideal Candidate

As an Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Professional, you'll be the face of arenaflex, and you'll play a critical role in building long-term relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Assisting our reputed company Sales Representatives in gathering necessary information from customers to obtain credit approval
- Preparing quotes and presenting them to Sales Representatives and/or customers
- Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with colleagues and customers to ensure seamless communication
- Anticipating customer needs and following through on customer requests
- Assisting customers with questions about their orders and providing them with accurate information
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
