Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in navigating reputed company systems and software
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, ensuring seamless and efficient handling of customer queries
  • Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering exceptional service experiences
