Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Work planning support: Collaborate with the Inward Body Shop to plan and coordinate repairs, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Client communication and coordination: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Vehicle appearance arrangement: Work with the Body Shop to arrange for vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring that vehicles are restored to their original condition.
- Rental coordination and hand off: Coordinate with clients to arrange for vehicle rentals and ensure a smooth hand-off process.
- Material and supplies reordering: Reorder materials and supplies as needed to ensure that the Body Shop has the necessary resources to complete repairs.
- Fix survey and conveyance: Conduct surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the repair process.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as Business Administration or Customer Service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
