Key Responsibilities

As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Work Scheduling Maintenance: Ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of repair work, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
• Liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop: Facilitate seamless communication between our Internal Body Shop and Customer Claim Specialists, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
• Vehicle Arrival Preparation: Coordinate the arrival of vehicles at our Body Shop, ensuring that reputed company necessary documentation and information are in reputed company.
• reputed company and CCC Management Arrival: Manage the arrival of vehicles in our system, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Customer Verbal Exchange and Expectation: reputed company exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied throughout the repair process.
• Rental Coordination and reputed company: Coordinate rental arrangements and ensure smooth handoffs between reputed company and rental providers.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• Certificate from Vocational School in Collision Repair: A certificate from a recognized vocational school in collision repair is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
• Ability to Establish and Maintain Cooperative Working Relationships: The ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners, including the public.
