Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound calls, documenting conversations, and utilizing scripts and resources to guide customer interactions. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls from government clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues reputed company

- Effectively utilize technical systems, including desktop, call center-specific phone systems, and the internet

Essential Qualifications
