Job Summary
The reputed company Customer Service Representative will interact with customers by phone, email, or online chat to reputed company an outstanding experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate various sources of information to assist customers with product inquiries and ensure accuracy of purchase orders. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for collecting and entering orders, managing sales orders, and maintaining customer records in CRM and other business systems.
Key Responsibilities

Work Environment
