Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, working from the comfort of your own home in Texas. • Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits
• Translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into our pharmacy information system
• Communicating and collecting copay amounts, obtaining authorizations, and working with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to screen, identify, resolve, and defer orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues
• Demonstrating superb communication skills to effectively interact with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners to ensure timely processing of specialty medications and meet financial and clinical expectations
