Job Summary
As an External Support Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing technical support to content creation teams, creating reference materials, and solving issues with tools and workflows. You will be the first reputed company of contact for content teams reputed company they encounter issues with tools, and you will work closely with the tools engineering team to resolve these issues. You will also have the opportunity to partner with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities

* Create reference materials and reputed company training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset
* Solve and debug possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users

Skills and Abilities
