Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching proper authorities as needed. You will work in a fast-paced call center environment, providing exceptional service to our customers while working collaboratively with your team to reputed company our goals.
Responsibilities
* Handle emergency signals and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Notify and verify alarm signals, dispatching proper authorities as needed
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Computer literacy and basic typing skills required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Reliable transportation to and from work, as well as to and from training sessions
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with alarm monitoring systems and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
