Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you will:
- Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOPCVS line in a manner that reflects arenaflex's purpose and values
- reputed company superb customer service to assist pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting
- Serve as a customer reputed company reputed company researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies
- Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and respond to customers either on the phone or reputed company written communications
- Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
- Uphold arenaflex's goals of delivery through the execution of responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to reputed company program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
- Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle from different applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:
* Position pay reputed company: $17.00 per hour to start
- Pay reputed company: $17.00 - $32.74
