Sales Support Specialist (Remote) - Careers Remote

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues through live chat. This is a fully remote position, and reputed company training will be provided to ensure your reputed company.

Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions reputed company live chat on businesses’ websites and reputed company media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Key Responsibilities
