Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our Payments reputed company Strategy team, you will be responsible for:
- Daily Transaction Processing: Complete data reputed company and balancing tasks, coordinate return items with vendors, and process mortgage bills, multi-account, and member deposits.
- Member Support: Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company standard ledger balancing.
- Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations, Federal Banking laws, and other relevant guidelines.
- Communication: Collaborate with vendors to process budget transfers, research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information, and communicate with members regarding their accounts.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
