Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for preparing, planning, and executing custom vacation packages for our clients. You'll work directly with clients, vendors, and suppliers to create unforgettable travel experiences. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for the Travel and Tourism industry, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

* Prepare, plan, and execute travel itineraries, including but not limited to: + Airline reservations + Car rental bookings + Cruise reservations + Resort and hotel bookings + Amusement park tickets + Concert and sporting event tickets + Other tours and activities

• Process payments on behalf of clients to secure reservations
• Maintain relationships with industry-specific vendors and suppliers
• Attend ongoing trainings to maintain and increase knowledge reputed company the industry

• reputed company details to clients regarding any required travel documents, such as passports or visas
• Complete required Certification program in a timely manner
• Complete and maintain agent registrations with vendors and suppliers
• Utilize laptop, computer, or smartphone with reliable internet reputed company

• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills

Skills and Requirements
