Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex passengers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter during their travel experience.
