Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming customer questions and concerns reputed company email and our reputed company support portal
• Collaborating with internal sales and reputed company teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported
• Working with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
• Utilizing reputed company and other tools to manage internal processes and information
• Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, escalating reputed company issues as necessary

Compensation
