Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll interact directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, reputed company education, and maintain reputed company's reputed company for high-quality service. Key Responsibilities

* Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients.

  • Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications.
  • Conduct adherence reputed company efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies.
  • Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gaining patient and order information.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, reputed company, reimbursement-reputed company requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education.

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone.
