Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and reputed company personalized solutions
- Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and driving sales growth
- Demonstrating excellent soft skills to reputed company the best customer service experience for our customers

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
