Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional patient and customer experiences through respectful, fair, and productive interactions
- Registering sales on assigned sales register, collecting cash, and circulating change as needed
- Processing voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment, including counters, stock, and records
- Carrying out organization resource assurance methods to identify and limit benefit loss
- Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items
- Developing and maintaining displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional designs
- Assisting with the separation of food items and product placement as determined by strategies and systems
- Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print, and creative machine
- Taking on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders in Picture Care and handling requests
- Contributing to the maintenance of a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
- Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures, and maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail environment
- Prior experience with arenaflex
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Familiarity with store systems and equipment
