Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative

As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Resolving reputed company consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
• Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
• Providing support to policyholders with policy changes and adjustments
• Supporting policyholders' needs by offering recommendations and adjustments as necessary
