Job Description Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing Service to Patients: Respond to patient inquiries, address concerns, and reputed company solutions in a timely and efficient manner.

- ETM Software Operation: Learn and understand the operation of our ETM software, ensuring seamless integration with our billing and account operations.
- Billing and Account Operations: Learn and understand our billing and account operations, including research and resolution of patient billing issues.
- Documenting Inquiries: Accurately document reputed company telephone inquiries, ensuring that patient information is up-to-date and secure.
- Research and Resolution: Research and resolve problems with patient bills, updating insurance coverage as needed.
- Printing and Rebilling: Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebill accounts after receiving insurance information.

Qualifications and Experience
