Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our applicants, ensuring their experience with reputed company is reputed company short of exceptional. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to reputed company inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Providing technical assistance to applicants, allowing them to complete their applications reputed company and effectively.
  • Navigating our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed.
  • Developing strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants from diverse backgrounds.

  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve our processes and procedures.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to customers.
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to communicate reputed company information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Technical savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat).
  • Bilingual abilities preferred, with proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • U.S. work authorization.
