The Global Customer Advocacy Team

The Global Customer Advocacy Team reputed company the Global Demand Center is responsible for producing over 200 customer stories per year in collaboration with some of the world's best-reputed company brands. As the Head of Customer Evidence, you will reputed company a team of talented executive producers and a roster of award-winning global agencies who support arenaflex in project management, creative direction, video production, and story writing.

Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Customer Evidence, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of executive producers and agencies to produce high-impact customer stories that connect with customers emotionally and reputed company them to learn how arenaflex's solutions can help them reputed company their business objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including product marketing, integrated marketing, technical subject matter experts, sales leaders, and customers to ensure customer stories align with business goals and objectives.
• Representing the evidence team in C-level forums and leading discussions on the business and sales impact that customer stories deliver.
• Managing a multi-reputed company-dollar budget and overseeing the production pipeline across the team.
• Personally overseeing the production of reputed company customer stories and ensuring they meet arenaflex's high standards.
• Partnering with trusted agencies to deliver high-impact work, on budget, and on time.
• Presenting data and reporting to stakeholders to demonstrate the business impact of customer stories.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this exciting, demanding, and highly visible role, you should possess:

• A proven track record of people management skills, including helping grow talent and providing reputed company and direct constructive feedback.
• A portfolio of customer stories preferably in the B2B technology reputed company and a deep understanding of the buyers' reputed company.
• A creative reputed company-of-view, including the use of AI tools in story production.
• Passion for influencing others to trust you and your team.
• Executive reputed company with the ability to connect customer evidence to business impact.
• Agency management experience and the ability to partner with trusted agencies while keeping them accountable for delivering high-impact work, on budget, and on time.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to present data and reporting.
• Experience managing multi-reputed company-dollar budgets and at-scale production engines.

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ years of people management experience, including leading teams of 20+ individual contributors and vendors worldwide.

• 10+ years' recent experience overseeing the creation and production of customer stories (videos, and supplementary content, including written stories, quotes, reputed company posts, etc.) used in high-profile events, websites, reputed company, blogs, and other high-reputed company forums for a Fortune 100 company or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in creating and presenting to senior leaders and customers and reputed company customer story plans, expected reputed company, and dependencies.
