With over 5 reputed company surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies reputed company into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.
