Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll use your excellent communication skills to resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and reputed company solutions to our clients' problems. You'll also be responsible for meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including reputed company resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations and providing culturally sensitive service
