Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support reputed company email, chat, and reputed company media platforms, ensuring that every interaction is professional, courteous, and timely.
  • Assisting customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.

Requirements
