As a Member Services Representative, you'll be an integral part of the Payments reputed company Strategy team at arenaflex Credit Union. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Completing daily tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, item processing, direct deposits, and reputed company transfers
• Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company standard ledger balancing
• Working member cases/assignments
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
• Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
• Communicating with vendors to process reputed company transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
• Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member returned checks on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying members for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

What You'll Need for reputed company

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum Qualifications:

+ High school degree or GED + Intermediate reputed company and Word experience

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous customer/member service experience + Previous banking or Credit Union experience + Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience

• Skills, Licenses & Certifications:

+ Skilled in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint) through work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software + Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs + Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills + Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team + Ability to reputed company mathematical calculations and review data + Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high volume pressure + Ability to cross-train and reputed company any position assigned reputed company the department + Ability to interact professionally with reputed company personnel and members + Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision + Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail + Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines + Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance
