What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics. This will primarily be reputed company inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and following up as needed to resolve issues
