The Position

As a Client Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll work one-on-one with clients to explain the features of our insurance products, handling phone and email inquiries with ease and professionalism. This is not a call center environment; instead, you'll be working in a personalized setting where every interaction reputed company.

Primary Responsibilities

* Handling phone and email inquiries from reputed company and prospective customers with a friendly, patient, and empathetic tone

• Preparing well-written responses to customers, ensuring reputed company and accuracy
• Processing insurance quotes, coordinating reputed company, and assembling insurance certificates digitally

Other Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
